This is the question we get most often and the answer is, it varies 🤷‍♀️ . We wish we had a better answer but the truth is you’ll want to compare at least 3 photo booth companies before you book. Most photo booth rentals are based on 2-4 hour packages. We recommend inquiring about what exactly is provided in each package. We have seen prices ranging from $400-$3000. As we said it varies based on many factors. The key to remember is not necessarily cost, but value. You’ll want to get the best bang for your buck. There are many ways a photo booth can be customized. We offer customized photo templates (prints) that can match your event’s theme, colors and logos. For weddings, we try to match the template very closely to your invitations to keep the look consistent. We can also provide a variety of backdrop types and designs. For corporate and social events, we can provide a logo wrapped branded photo booth. Custom HTML microsite with logos and branding messages can also be provided.

Given the current concerns regarding sanitation, we will no longer offer physical props for use. We do realize that props make the photo booth experience fun and interactive. We now offer digital props for our photo booth packages that provide a fun and safe alternative. We can also create customized digital props if you’d like.

Our photo and video booths are all open-air styled. For most photo booth events, we require an 8×8 space, mostly to accommodate the backdrop. We offer a variety of product as we understand space can be a premium in venues.
Here are the space requirements for each booth we offer:
Modern Photo Booth: 8 foot x 8 foot
Boom Booth: 4 foot x 4 foot
Slow Motion Booth: 10 foot x 10 foot
Glam Booth: 6 foot x 6 foot
Roamer Booth: No requirement. Mobile solution
VR 360 Booth: 8 foot x 8 foot

To secure your date, we require a $200 non-refundable retainer and contract. We will collect all the logistic details for your event using our online booking system. You will then be able to review the details, sign the contract and pay the retainer online using our online portal. We typically begin the design of your photo template 4-6 weeks prior to your event. The final balance is due 30 days prior to your event.

Once the day of your event comes, you can rest assure that the logistical and creative details have been taken care of. Our staff will arrive approximately one hour prior to your scheduled start time, unless otherwise agreed upon. All equipment, software and processes are extensively tested and refined for each event to ensure a smooth photo booth experience. Our attendants will run the photo booth to ensure your guests are having fun, keep the line moving, and are highly trained should a technical issue arise.
