Quality is one of the pillar characteristics of Picture Me SA. When creating our roaming photo booth we kept quality at the forefront of our design. Our roaming unit utilizes a mirror less digital camera and external flashing to capture beautiful photos in any environment. The roaming photo booth also utilizes a ring light to capture HD quality video and boomerangs. Most roaming photo booths will not utilize this technology, which creates a better experience when you book with Picture Me SA. Your guests will be more eager to share a high quality image than a grainy one with bad lighting.

Mobile Interaction for Guests
The roaming photo booth has been a huge hit at every event that we’ve done. Most guests comment that they have never seen something like this before. Since our roaming photo booth does not require any external power, we are able to move easily throughout your event space, capturing content. The physical footprint this booth provides is ideal if your event is taking place in a smaller venue. No need for allocated space in the venue which can prove to be troublesome. Numerous wedding vendors in the San Antonio area have expressed to us the issues and problems they sometimes have in placing a photo booth in a venue that works for everyone. Our roaming photo booth also provides an HD tablet for your guests to preview and share their photos and GIFs.
The traditional photo booth is usually setup in the corner, away from the main area. With the roaming photo booth our attendant goes out to your guests to interact and asks if they would like to use the mobile booth. Our attendants are highly engaging and are able to help timid guests feel comfortable with using the booth. We are able to capture different shots that are not possible with the traditional photo booth setup. Capturing memories in the act is a priceless component of any event.

Cocktail Hour
Cocktail Hour is a great time to add a roaming photo booth. For weddings, the bride and groom will most likely be taking photos with their photographer. While guest are mingling, a roaming photo booth can be a perfect way to provide your guests entertainment while capturing moments for you to view after. Cocktail Hour is naturally a social setting where most guests are taking photos with their phones. Let our roaming unit take amazing shots for your guests to share of your beautiful wedding.
Wedding Reception
You and your bridesmaids getting together for a quick shot while tearing up the dance floor and then being able to post that instantly online. This is one of the many ways we’ve used the roaming booth. One of the advantages of a roaming photo booth for a wedding reception is the instant ability to share photos. While we certainly advise our clients to add a professional photographer, being able to access high quality photos quickly is a huge plus.
Outdoor Parties
One of our last in person events before the COVID-19 pandemic was an outdoor after party at the Tobin Center in our home market of San Antonio. We were able to adjust to variable lighting conditions at night very easily with our equipment. While equipment is only one component of creating an exceptional experience, when you have better tools you’ll be able to create better output. Company Parties Paired with a Photo Booth
As a roaming photo booth is not a replacement for a professional photographer, it is also not a complete replacement for a photo booth. This past winter we provided a roaming booth paired with our Boom Booth and Modern Booth. By now most people know what a photo booth is. Over the year’s we’ve observed that some guests are not fond of the idea of getting up and going to stand in line to take a photo. On the flip side, if someone comes up to you and asks if you want a photo, some are much more willing to partake. This was the case for this event. While we had some guests use all 3 booths, we were able to take additional photos with the roaming booth for those who wanted to stay where they were.
Conferences and Summits:
San Antonio is host to various conferences and summits, given our large tourism footprint. A roaming photo booth for conferences is an efficient way to process large amounts of photo sessions in a short amount of time. We can have multiple attendants capture content thru event spaces, such as the Henry B. González Convention Center. We also offer dedicated printing stations, if you wanted to offer printing as an add-on option.
Conclusion
